"A Breath of Fresh air"

Recently there has been some really exciting and potentially huge changes in the Brentwood Area. We are seeing more showings. Every weekend for the last 4 weeks we have seen fellow agents bringing through buyers. Some are Relocation deals and the rest are mainly move-up buyers. In both cases there may or may not be a home to sell prior to signing on the dotted line. One thing is for sure that curiosity at least is there.

Can we thank the Feds? Well at this point it may be to soon to say, but we'll take all the help that we can get. Maybe the bottom is near? Only time will tell but with all the inventory lets hope that we start to see some offers.
